The Meaning of Invictus
The name Invictus carries deep personal significance. During my deployment to Afghanistan, it became more than a word—it was a mindset. This philosophy represented perseverance, resilience, and the determination to continue moving forward despite adversity, uncertainty, or sacrifice. That ethos has remained with me throughout my career. After military service, I dedicated my professional life to helping others heal. Many life experiences have reinforced what I learned in uniform: true strength is not the absence of struggle—it is the willingness to face it and persevere.
Anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, and life transitions affect people from every walk of life.
